Once we know your event, we get to work designing a beverage menu that fits your theme, season, and guests. Signature cocktails, mocktail options, wine & beer — all tailored to you.
You'll receive a full menu proposal to review and approve.
Reserve
Secure Your Date
Ready to move forward? A signed agreement and 50% retainer locks in your date. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis — we recommend booking as early as possible.
Remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Plan
We Finalize Every Detail
In the weeks leading up to your event, we'll connect to confirm logistics — venue layout, timeline, final guest count, and any last-minute additions. We handle the coordination so you don't have to.
A final walkthrough call is scheduled 1–2 weeks before your event.

Yes! We serve the greater Denver metro and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply for events beyond 30 miles — see our Packages page for the full breakdown.
We recommend booking 2–6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding and event season (May–October). That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
No problem. We'll adjust your proposal accordingly. Final guest count is confirmed 14 days before your event, and pricing is updated at that time if needed.
Yes — we carry general liability insurance. If your venue has specific insurance requirements, let us know and we'll work with you to meet them.
